Good morning pigeon friends. Due to the Covid Virus our VPU union is competing under two schemes. A few members sadly lost your jobs and we lost them for racing this season. We are +_ 35 members competing under ‘training mode’ of which OOA Lofts are part of, and then around 25 members competing under ‘race mode’. Under training we do not put our pigeons through the cams as per the racing group members. We post our results but did not ‘mention’ the training mode part. The fact that we have advertised 6 different VPU Union winners has ‘upset’ the racing members. We apologise to them if they feel we have offended them in any way. It is not meant that way. The fact stands that we HAVE won 6 VPU Training mode races, and that can not be taken away from us. Its a pity that such ‘technicalities’ can cause such an uproar, and we apologise once again for any inconvenience caused towards the 25 odd ‘racing members’. There was nothing intended as we do not even think or can compare with their times as liberations were done at seperate times. Good luck to all for the rest of the racing season, and lets focus on enjoying the sport, and not on our competitors.
